Queue Characters

Use this form to enter individual players into the WowJutsu queue. Our crawlers are still doing full guild scans throughout the week, so we have limited this functionality to player updates to help make the update process faster. Also, don't forget to make sure the players have logged out in their new gear. WowJutsu will not be able to pick up the new loot if the Armory has not updated the character.

Known issues - Please read before submitting an email report!

  • Horde guilds will temporarily display as alliance guilds while the batch is processing. Please wait until the batch is COMPLETE and if your faction is still displaying incorrectly let us know.
  • Rank 0 problem. If you're an active guild and your rank is displayed as 0 it likely means you've been incorrectly flagged as disbanded at some point. Simply queue up someone that has recently received loot and the system will remove the flag.
  • You're not listed on the realm page yet. This is not a bug - it simply takes up to 6 hours for the realm and world pages to refresh with the new data. Just be patient and it will show up. We'll be making these pages fully dynamic very soon, but for now there is a delay.
  • Characters in the roster are displayed as "hybrids" with no scan dates or loot listed. For some reason or another these characters' scans failed. Simply re-queue them and they should fix themselves.
